To serve as a resource for the client, client family and community at large
To address the clients unique physical, physiological, psychological and psychosocial needs
To provide extensive advocacy for all clients

OBJECTIVES

To encourage the client and family to collaborate actively with health care staff members and other health care providers regarding the provision of health care services
To involve the client and family in the care plan development
To care for and empower our employees as they care for our clients
